It always is unless they give a non-discriminative good reasons for taking that policy. Then of course, discrimination depends on how a group feels about something, so it can tend to be subjective.

Retired military dependant and we still use the bases for medical care. I can assure you that From Hawaii to CA. to MO, IL, MD, and VA, DC all have female doctors on staff. I have seen just as many female doctors as male. I'd like to ask you why does it matter what sex your doctor is? I'd rather know how they rated in school. Were they an A student or D student? HUMMMM. That would be the most important thing.
If they are only getting male doctors signing up then I guess you take what you get. Maybe since we are in a war less females are signing up? or maybe more males have been deployed and that's why it looks like it's more one sided. Or maybe your a female doctor who got rejected by them and feel it was because you are a woman?
