Electrical engineering.

EDIT: I didn't realize this was the 4th question in a series... I am not a weapons engineer. I have done some related work, but I am mainly an electronics designer.

There's no such degree as a weapons engineer. You would have to get a mechanical or chemical or electrical degree and then work in the defense/weapons industry.
