Where can i ask for a picture of my house from satelite as it is right now!!

there are private companies that will do this for you, but typically it is very expensive... in the thousands of dollars.

if you just want a recent photo, both mapquest and google maps have those.

Ask your city planning department. Some cities have photos that are much better than satelite photos. They are large and usually don't cost much.
