Hello,

I can't shake my addiction to fruit. I believe I require some kind of fruit detox -- I eat more than 30 servings of fruit everyday. In fact, my entire caloric intake is from fruit; apples, oranges, cantaloupe (sometimes four a day), pineapple, berries, and any and every fruit you can imagine.

What can I do? I am hopelessly addicted to fruit, and despite what people may think (that I don't want help) I really need it... I can't stop eating fruit. This is serious.

Thanks,

Av

Well fruit is good for you! BUT it contains a lot of natural sugars. Considering how much fruit you are eatting a day you are taking in a lot of sugar.
Well I used to smoke so i know what it feels like to be addicted. maybe these tips will help ya out!
Well each time you get a craving do something to get your mind off of it.
Write down your goals, for example: " Today im going to get only 6 fruits." and just limit yourself.
You can eat 1 fruit in the morning 1 fruit for lunch and 1 for dinner.
Eat tomatoes!!! thats a fruit (if you didn't know that.)
Chew fruit flavored gum.
I hope i helped in some way.
