As long as it doesn't smell horrible and is not too yellow it should be OK.
Broccoli doesn't usually last that long in my house, but I did have some once that went past it's best and I disguised the fact by making a broccoli (cauliflower) cheese, which was lovely. Use a strong cheese though!

Yes it is safe, but might not be very tasty. The yellow that appears in green veg after a while is just one of the chemicals within the veg taking over as it becomes less fresh and alters the look of it. I wouldn't eat it personally but I don't think it woudl harm you.

Broccoli turns yellow when 'old'. You can eat it if it doesn't have mold on it but it won't taste as good as green broccoli

yes its safe when it turns yellow its just older or,it has to much water with any plant too much water will make it yellow.you can eat broccoli raw its ok just like carrots and celery

yes,it would still be good ,BUT, you have lost your vitamins from your broccoli,also it would have lost most it's good taste,if I would something like that I would just throw it out and get some fresh green broccoli,yup that's what I would do,
