I don't think I would drink a cup of spit, except possibly in an 'extreme survival situation', and even then, I'd want the average healthy spitter to be me.
Now I'm left trying to imagine how to get that much spit from an average healthy person...

if the person is healthy, and with a good gag reflex(ability not to throw up during disgusting points.) itll taste nasty, you will feel sick due to the fact that it is a large amount of fluid that is not yours. you wont die, you wont get ill.. maybe just throw up to get all of the fluids where they are not supposed to be..

you woud probably be very ill. even if the person is healthy, the fluid will still contain doaens of harmful baceria. why dont you try and find out? alternatively, see American Pie Band Camp where one of them does...
