the only one I know that actually works is AVOIDANCE. you cant strengthen your groin or make it immune from attack man, unless smoking PCP is a viable choice.

if you strike first and fast you sholdnt get a nut tap.

Actually ur not gonna believe this but i saw on discovery once about this guy who teaches some weird style of martial art and him and his students kick each other in the groin like crazy and with bats and stuff and are fine. i couldnt believe it myself but it was on discovery channel so it has to be true i guess. The guy was teaching his classes in like highschool gyms and the whole class was about how to make ur body not feel pain or something along those lines.

Allow a fellow student to slam a baseball bat (aluminum, if you REALLY want to make your groinal area strong, like a man!!) repeatedly into your, ahem...AREA.

Like finger/knuckle strengthening exercises, where you punch into a bucket of rocks, over and over again, this abusing of your body will either kill you, or make that area stronger!

ex-wife chagi. Tell your ex you want the kids more or you are going to stop paying child support. After a few hona shots, they will get tougher. Other than that, a hammer and a board???
