need to lose a stone in 4 wks and have a really slow metabolism, ive already lost 2 stone slowley but this last stone just wont budge can you help?

DON'T USE PILLS. Can I suggest you try Slimfast twice a day and your other meal is around 600 calories - that should work it you also exercise. Good luck - you've done really well so far so I hope you get to your goal loss.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in case you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two a few minutes, do push ups for about a minute, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push around something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a fast, effective workout that will get better results than a long run or swim.

Lol I find it funny how you say it, "Must lose 2 stones"..... well everybody else and some others will tell you to diet and exercise as pills don't work. Its a mind over matter game! You want to lose weight you have to understand how that works in your body! Exercise speeds up your metabolism by raising your heart rate and get the blood flow going. As this happens the body needs more energy (Calories) to function. Now if you eat sensible and healthy and six times in small portions a day, your body will burn more energy (Calories) than you but in )in form of food)....do the math! I don't believe in pills as they are a sloppy lazy society solution and a money mill for the companies that target the vulnerable market of overweight people....Good luck....And for whatever you have to lose this weight fast, you will be fine the way you are!...At least healthy and energetic...so keep moving and eat sensible!!!

no - there is no weight loss pill that actually works, period. any weight you may lose taking those legal forms of speed will come right back as soon as you stop taking them - sometimes it comes back with a vengeance and leaves you even heavier than before. you are doing the right thing to lose weight slowly as those pounds will likely stay off. up your exercise to at least 1 hour per day, change it up day to day to make it more fun & interesting. monday brisk walk, tuesday lift some weights, wednesday play a sport, thursday do some gardening or heavy housecleaning, etc... exercise is the only way to increase your metabolism. also, try breaking up your meals into 5 small snack-size meals per day, and try to only eat fruits and veggies for 4 of those meals.

there are no safe pills to take to help you loose weight. I assume you dont live in the States, but there is a huge lawsuit going on against a few companies that claim their pills help you loose a lot of weight when they don't do anything at all.

Stay away from pills.Well done on losing 2 stone,it may help if you eat a bit less than what your eating & replace with fruit.I walked for miles & the weight once it started to come off, it fell off.
I am the opposite I now need to put a bit on.Good Luck

Keep a food diary. Seeing every morsel of food you’ve eaten in an day written down can enable you to see where you’re overdoing this, or reveal patterns or triggers to bad diet plan.
