My friend is gay married to a fellow man,but he wants to join Islam,?

Will he be allowed to join with his partner?

Yeah. But, it's a sin for being homosexual. Join Islam your friend and his partner can, but the sin as burden they must carry. And according to some Muhammad won't acknowledge you as a follower if you have anal sex.
