as stupid as it sounds im new to the hole pill thing and really dont know much about it but i stuffed it up one day and yeah just need to know my question

No the pill will not affect a pregnancy test. Being on the pill while pregnant can cause problems though.
If you think you are pregnant take the test. If its positive..stop taking the pill.

A pregnancy test works off the presence (or absence) of a particular hormone. It will either be present or it won't; the pill doesn't have anything to do with that hormone, and so shouldn't affect the results.

No, if you are already pregnant, it will be positive.
