The Word of the Lord is the strength of Zerubabbel. The Word of the Lord is that He will provide no matter how big of a task is a head of us. Everything is possible through God who makes us us strong and capable to complete we are asked to do. He understood that Holy Spirit was powerful enough for the job, helping him to overcome any obstacles, providing him resources to complete the task according to the Lord's plan. : )
