OK -

1 unit is approximately 10ml of pure alcohol.

The drink drive limit will vary due to your weight, body composition etc etc, but as a guide 4 units would probably put you just over the limit.

so 40ml of pure alcohol would put you after the limit.

330ml at 0.5% alcohol = 1.65ml alcohol per can.

24 x 1.65 = 39.6

So 24 cans would = approx 40ml of alcohol and put you over the limit.

Now that is assuming you could down 24 cans instantly, but in reality if you could stomach 24 cans at all by the time you had finished your body would have processed and removed some of the alcohol from the first cans you drunk.

I am pretty sure it would be impossible to drink the cans fast enough to ever put you over the limit....

28 cans i reckon..... 4 cans of 4% 330ml would put you just over the limit, so 7 shandys equal 1 can of 4% (7 times 4)
