With fibromyalgia the best thing you can do is get rid of all of the toxic cleaners and laundry products in your house and replace them with all natural ones. When you make the switch get rid of all of them but be sure to take them to your local hazardous waste place as many are registered pesticides. Once those are gone have someone clean your house and do all the laundry, carpets and furniture with the natural products. Be sure you are taking a good mulitvitamin that is well absorbed by your body and a good antioxidant supplement. Try using glucosamine products for a couple of months as well as a good grape seed extract product. For spot treatmnet of certain areas use a pain relief cream that also contains tea tree oil. Be sure you are not drinking any diet soda's or using sugar supplements that contain aspartame as this is another trigger. Good Luck.
