Are you taking a good multi-vitamin? theres a good place to start .B-vitamins are very important too as they feed your nervous system, which is often connected to thining hair when under stress. I lost alot of hair last year and started being really good about taking my vit's daily, massaging my scalp daily with my finger tips, as this brought alot of blood circultion to the hair root, and basically "feeds" it with all the bloods nutrients. It worked for me, Im sure it will work for you. I know how upsetting it can be though...hang in there. Hope this helps : )

I just started using the Surge 14 hair revitalizer and some of the other Surge products. My hair stopped falling out within about a week of using these products. Surge doesn't make a conditioner, so I have been using Aphogee's moisturizing conditioner with the Surge shampoo. I also am taking hair and nail vitamins from Vitamin Shoppe. My hair has stopped falling/thinning and is now growing like mad.

I had that problem too. It started when i got pregnant, my hair was falling like crazy i thought i am gonna loose it all. After i had my baby it continues to fall i sometimes will cry, because i see my hair everywhere in the house...i try so many shampoo's conditioners from salon and it didn't help a bit. And i was in the store once looking in the shampoos eyel and i saw new Pantane Pro-v Restoratives, it says that straightens hair and helps 90% from falling, in just one month i thought it's just another shampoo and conditioner that promises same thing. But i bought it and i used it in two weeks my hair stop to fall 44% i would say and in one month my hair stop to fall at all, now i am not afraid to brush it or anything...my answer to your question would be buy new Pantane- Prove Restoratives you can find it anywhere in the store and try there is Shampoo, Contidioner and Cream it might help you too...it's worth try

My sister went thru this and the dermatolgist had her cut her hair short so that she didn't keep pulling out more when she washed and cut it. This took the "pressure" off her hair and let it have time to regrow in healthy. She also took a hair and nail vitiman which I don't know the name of but she got it at GNC. her hair is fine now.

Ensure that you eat nutritious food, with plenty of leafy vegetables. Have a soya milk drink and multivitamin tablets if you do not have time to have a healthy breakfast. More remedies at http://hairthinning.org/ will prevent further problems.

Could be stress or could be that you need to use extra care.Try some conditioners that don't contain alcohol. Let in stay in for awhile and comb thru it too before you wash it out.
