graying hair is not just from growing old! i know people who have had gray hairs since primary school!!! it is most likely a hereditary trait.....ask your parents if they have had the same issue...

i have black hair an i have noticed about 2 silver strands and even some gold 1s and i am 20....my dad tells me its WISDOM!!

i dont have any knowledge of premature graying to be a cause of a vitamin deficiency.....what i do know that normally, as people get older the body produces less colour pigment (melanin) and it causes the hair to become lighter or gray.....

in your case it just sounds like a hereditary thing....i dont think it can be healed or reversed....

if it bothers you, you can colour it or turn it into a fashion statement!!! it's your choice.... FIX or FLAUNT!!!

hope this helps u

"Gray" hair is just an unpigmented hair. It's really a colorless hair, and yes, it's hereditary. This is one case where you are totally justified to blame your parents :)

There's not much you can do outside of coloring your hair. Find a shade that's close to your natural shade - Miss Clairol has some dyes that are specially formulated to give 100% gray coverage.

It's probably something you've inherited from some ancestor or other. Don't let it worry you.
