I try to be courteous most of the time...letting people in during bumper to bumper traffic, moving over to let faster drivers get past, avoiding tailgating when possible, but there are a few cases where I draw the line...when people try to rush past a slow line of traffic on the highway only to try to merge way up by the front I'll refuse to let them in (ESPECIALLY people who pull that crap by driving on the shoulder) or closing the gap when people try to slide into the space that I've left for stopping distance during rush hour (all too often JUST small enough for their little cars to slide in).

I am now a courteous driver. I use to be a road rage bomb. I had to be saved to realize I was not the only person on the road.

Left lane hogs - in my journey - have a tendency to be middle elderly females older than 40. If the motorcar is a minivan pushed via a woman, then per chance the age starts at 30. also, elderly people have a tendency to positioned the cruise administration on sixty six and park it contained in the left lane, growing purely about one mile backup. If the motive force is from PA - exceptionally a lot 50/50 on gender and a better percentage that a trailer is being towed - making it better tricky to bypass on the right. i have managed my street rage, yet seeing many of the above on the highways can make my blood boil each now and then.

I was relatively courteous in Long Island, once I got over my adolescence.
But moving Upstate NY, where there's very little traffic anyway, I've become so relaxed and kind it's unbelievable.
