There are actually way too many sites available to read about any and all information you could possibly want to know about wines, but being in the industry for over 18 years, and a former owner of a wine and spirits store for several, I can honestly say "Wine for Dummies" was a great tool that I used for my employees, and also myself as a refresher. It is laid out well, speaks in plain English, and covers just about anything/everything.
