This may sound silly but the same thing happened to me and I found out it was from the food I was eating Peanut Butter. I had an on going headache for almost 2 weeks even went to the Dr. for it. Every morning I was having peanut butter on my toast and at night I was having peanutbutter with my apples. So maby if you can think of what your diet has been and maby it's food or even a vitamin. Well good luck I really hope you get it under control because everyone knows headaches suck..

The #1 contributor to headaches is insufficient WATER.
Added to muscles in the back, neck, shoulders and head being knotted up you get the headaches.
Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
Eat a couple of bananas per day.
Get a massage.
Rub or lightly scratch everywhere on your head you will find tender spots. These places should be rubbed 6 - 12 times per session, up to 6 times per day until they go away.

This happened to me. When I got up in the morning I had a headache. Sometimes bad, sometimes light.

I went to the Dr., and he set up a "sleep disorder test". They found out I had sleep apnea. I got what was called a CPap machine (rented it through the Dr. office and another agency). It is a mask you wear that makes you breath better at night.

The Dr. said that I wasn't breathing right when I slept, and my body was not emitting enough Carbon Dioxide. That building up in my body gave me a headache. If I was more tired, the headache was worse.

After wearing the mask, I don't have any more headaches. It sounds strange, but it really works.

You have to start with your Dr, mention this and he will take care of the rest.

God Bless you :)

It's not normal for someone to get headaches as much as you do. You need to get that checked out by a doctor. You could have something serouisly wrong with you. I get headaches a lot from not sleeping very well but thank god I don't get them everyday. So I advise you to get it checked out.

You need to see your doctor. Headache that don't get better with over the counter pain meds need to be checked out by a doctor.

You might want to ask the doctor if you might have an anurism, while this possiblity is small it is worth checking out. LJ
