It means that you attempted to send an e-mail which did not go through. Most e-mail programs, if they can not deliver a message, will keep trying for a day or two. It is an attempt to see if the mail server they are trying to contact might be temporarily down. After enough tries and time, it will decide that the server is permanently down, and give you that error.

Check the e-mail address of the person. You either have it typed wrong, they have changed it, they have blocked you (possibly by accident) and the mailbox is full and can not take any more mail. It appears to be reaching the server (65.54.244.72) but the mailbox is "unavailable".

It sounds like you had the wrong e-mail address, or you are blocked for some reason in communicating with the e-mail address you are sending an e-mail to.
Check your e-mail address--the one you're trying to reach--make sure you don't have any errors in the address.
It could also be that the person has blocked a certain kind of communication and does not want to receive any message that fits into that category.
If you're sure the e-mail is correct, forget about it, you won't get through. There could be other reasons, but those messages mean you can't get through using that e-mail address and/or your e-mail address.
