It is hard to put God first, but we are definatly supposed to put Him first...We can only do that through prayer, and studying His word....My priorities try to be God First, Family Second, and Career Third...

If you need to, ask and let Him become Lord of your life. Spend some time getting to know Him. Read His word and ask that His Holy Spirit guide and teach you. Talk with Him by praying, and share your life and the decisions you make with Him. Christ died so that we can have this new life and relationship with our living God. Through Him we can boldly go to the throne of our Father. His love and joy will fill you to overflowing. His mercy and glory will become new every morning. You will live the abundant life here on earth. There is nothing that compares to Him. He is as close as the mention of His name.

God is number one.
God wants us to be relaxed and happy.
He wants us to trust him.
I use 1John1:9 to stay in fellowship.
When you are in fellowship, study and pray.
I use a non-resident pastor and study at home.
I have learned more from Pastor Thieme than from any local pastor.
I think that people believe that they have to be perfect and give up a lot of things before they can study the Bible.
Once you start to learn doctrine, life is magnificent.
Peace out.

First accept the fact that He is the proprietor of everything, these Universes, your family, your body and your very life. Then dovetail everything to Him, by surrendering. Not to give up your responsibilities nor negligent but doing it with the proper consciousness that your body is nor your body, but God's body and take care of it in that consciousness. Same with with everything.

Before you do anything, you pray about it. Also sing, praise wand worship Him. Read the Scriptures faithfully. It helps to know God personally through Jesus.

If you're married and have a family, you might want to consider putting them first. Just a thought.
