No you are too young. Course I don't recomend a detox like this for anyone. You wont get the nutrients you need even w/ a vitamin. It is basically an "acceptable" way to starve yourself and I am sure you don't want to do that. Plus, you'd be peing all the time! Every five seconds! What if you were driving in the car and you had to pull over all the time and use those gross gas station toilets. Or you were on a date and had to go to the bathroom all the time. Think about that!

i wouldn't do anything like the lemonade diet or anything drastic.
just make some little changes:
-drink all water. nothing else, no soda, juice,etc. try to work up to 64 oz per day. get a 32 oz water bottle and then refill it midday and you'll have your daily quota!
-eat more fruits and veggies. whenever you want a snack, just be mindful and reach for an apple or carrot sticks instead of cookies or candy
-take a women's vitamin every morning. before school eat a bowl of cereal, drink a glass of skim milk and a small glass of o.j. this will give you needed calcium and vitamin c. the vitamins will give your body the boost it needs. if you want you can also take a b-complex with your daily vitamin. it will help with boosting your metabolism and energy supply!
if you slowly incorporate these things into your daily life you will start to feel better and probably notice yourself getting sick less and just feeling better all around!
remember that it takes 21 times of doing something before it becomes a habit. so, be diligent about taking your vitamins every day and drinking a glass of milk every day and getting more fruits into your diet everyday and soon you won't even have to think about it...it'll just be part of your routine!

Why do you feel the need for a detox?
The bottom line is simple...detox and cleansing fads are all gimmicks. With plenty of water, the body is an automatic detox and cleansing machine. Drink plenty of water daily and you will never feel the need for a detox.

Your body is still growing and I woudn't recommend this unless with professional help. If you have a drug or alcohol problem get help immediately but just to detox your body seems aggressive at your age.

From what I've read about Detox, if its natural, its safe. I don't think anyone is too young to detoxify their system from fats and unwanted or unhealthy toxins that processed food and unnatural foods put and store in our bodies. There are several types of detox diets, and not necessarily are any of them unsafe. By eating right and not putting processed, fatty foods in our systems, you are detoxing. Eats lots of fruits and Raw vegetables, skim milk, water, grilled chicken etc, and I'm sure mentally and physically you will start to feel better.

Here's the thing about those so-called "detox" diets - they are just marketing gimmicks. Your body detoxes itself naturally through digestion and elimination. Save your money!

Unless you are boozing it up and doing drugs unbecoming to someone your age, the most you would be detoxing from is Captain Crunch and Doritos. Forget such ideas unless you are an out of control maniac who needs it.

"Detox" is new-age voodoo nonsense. There is NO valid reason to try to do this. Your body "detoxes" itself. (That's what you've got a LIVER for!!)
NOBODY should ever do a "detox". There is no proven medical benefit to them at all.
