it is 10 kilo's so that would roughly be 3 kilo per month. You should not try to lose weight too fast, in your case and not too much because you are not strictly overweight.
10 kilo in your case in 3 months is way too fast and way too much. You should (if you are really determined to lose weight) not lose more than a total of 3 kilo's in those 3 months.
I don't know what your current dieet is but you should aim for a clean and healthy WHOLESOME dieet in the first place, you are still young and still growing so you should be careful and not deprive your body from necesarry foods. Maybe you should also start doing some sports, such as slow jogging, swimming, cycling etc. Going to a gym is not necesarry at your age yet but at home you can start doing som muscle building exercises such as push ups, chin ups, crunches for abs etc.

U should try to find ur BM (basal metabolism in resting per day) which states how many calories u exactly would need per day (eat exactly as much as you burn). Then see into your dieet and calculate exactly how many calories u actually consume per day. That will probably be just a bit more or around ur BM rate. Then you should change ur dieet until u eat each day an amount of calories that is slightly below ur BM rate. Start to lowre ur caloric intake by about 100 calories from ur BM for the first 2 weeks and slowly build up to a caloric deficit of 250 calories per day. This should be done slowly lets say over a period of 8 weeks. Don't go lower than 250 under your BM because then u will into starvation mode (metabolism will shut down). If u have lost enough weight slowly increase again ur caloric intake until you are back at BM rate.
If you start exercising in the same time u will lose weight. Your metabolism will go up and that combined with a moderate lower intake of calories will increase if not exellerate the fat loss. If you don't eat healthy foods yet you should also change those unhealthy foods to healthy foods, such as carbs low in the glycmic index (wheat prod, vegeteables, etc) and you should also eat good proteines, since u r a vegetarian there is a problem here, but if you can eat dairy products u can eat the low fat varieties, soy milk etc. Also go into the healthy fats, from nuts, flax oil, olive oil etc.

Having said all this best thing u might do is consult a dietist or health consulent in your area.

That gives you a month and a half... It can be done, maybe even healthfully, but it is difficult. Exercise aerobically at least an hour a day. Do weight training exercises at high reps/low weight for all major muscle groups (not on same day of course) Drink all the water you can, the usual 8 glasses a day plus. Also drink green tea, at least eight cups per day. Eat lots of fresh vegetables and whole grains. Cut out sugar, refined flour, white rice, and potatoes. It's a difficult regimen, but it's a difficult goal. I think I've also given you the healthiest way of doing this. You might also want to look into all-raw veganism. That will strip the weight off like nobody's business. That is all. Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

If you lose 2 pounds per week, you can just about do it. That is a healthy amount of weight loss. Being young, you can up your exercise or cut down on your calorie intake, both of which makes you lose weight. Don't get too extreme; at your age there is no need to. Just cut back a bit and take an extra walk a week, play some sport or skate or swim. You will see it come off.

Don't do it. You are not overweight. 125 IBS is a good weight for your age. If you lose anymore then you'll be to skinny. Take it from someone who's got a weight prolbem and don't lose anymore weight. You don't have a weight prolbem. Take my advise and don't lose anymore weight.
