For a while I had a lot of trouble feeling like my body was my body. I'd look at my arm and would logically know that is was obviously my arm, but it didn't seem true. I could move it and bend it on a whim, but fundamentally, I couldn't believe it was mine. Also, there were times I felt like I wasn't in my body at all. That's fun too (sarcasm). I'm medicated for bipolar disorder and haven't spaced out like that since.

Yes but not for more than a few days. I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. When I became extremely stressed I snapped into this problem. It's a way to deal with stress I found. To be honest I wish I was permanent like that. I wouldn't find it a disorder at all but a god send even though this world is very fake and everyone calls you cynical if you tell it for how it is. Most people's reality is fed by lies anyway.

i have this too. but i had an accident that caused mine.
sorry, i've been up all night and i'm really not up for a full story right now.
but did anything (like an accident) start yours?

EDIT: now that i read your description again, it sounds like yours may be more depression leading to mild versions of the other two. what i have is more like what answerer #1 described. and i constantly feel like i'm in a dream. my mind doesn't focus like it used to, and i never feel like i have full control of my conscious thoughts or my consciousness. other stuff too... but too tired for more right now.
