When is the best time to loose weight? I plan to exercise on treadmill.Is it ok on a full stomach to exercise on a treadmill?
Can I also include few yoga exercises sometime during the day to loose weight?

In any case exercise or yoga is not good on full stomach. It must be done on empty stomach. One can take only water during or before exercise of any kind.

When you eat, your blood supply to stomach increases to digest the food. Now after eating when you exercise the blood supply to your muscles, lungs and stomach will be divided to keep you going. In that situation none of the activity will be done at full attention and there will not be any gain. You cannot digest food properly in such situation hence you will not obtain any goodness of any rich food. Hence you must do any kind of exercise on empty stomach. The best time is early morning after waking up drink few glasses of water and do your exercise.

Water does not need any energy for digestion hence it is good to consume before and during exercise. Not only that, you loose water through perspiration during exercise hence to avoid situation of dehydration, water consumption during exercise is good idea.

If you do exercise by following some rules and above is one of them you can get best results out of it including weight loss. However, you must obtain expert's advise as I am not expert on these matters but follow simple rules only.

I wouldn`t suggest exercising on a full stomach, as all the food rumbling around in your stomach can make you feel sick. You should wait until the food is digested, or go for a run before breakfast.

And, I don`t know how well Yoga helps you lose weight...I always heard that Yoga and Pilates moreso lenghtened the body than caused weight loss.

Well from my experience i have a personal trainer i have been with him for 4 months and the best way to work out and loos the most is to work out before you eat anything or if that fails you can work out but work out two hours after your meal and have something with protein right after

If your on a tread mill for the first week try running for one min and walking for 4 after 2 weeks make it a little harder and run for 2 min walk for 3 After 10 min you will realize how great of a workout that is

Try doing the work out for 45 min for great results

I have always heard its best to exercise before breakfast because your body is burning off instant weight because you haven't had any calories. You should probably at least eat a piece of fruit or have a protein shake or somthing first though, so that you have some energy.

you can use yoga before and after you had a wokout to prepare and relax yourself. it is also very important that uou exercise after an hour of your breakfast or meal.

As far as I am concerned it is okay to exercise most anytime. You should always eat something before you exercise as it starts your metabolism when you eat.

if that is the only time you have to exercise or if that is the only time you WILL exercise then do it. that is the key, just doing it. now, ideally you want to wait until your food has digested (about 30 minutes or so). you can include yoga.

You should never exercise after eating, always do it before you eat, not only will you build up a healthy appetite, but its not good for you stomach to eat then barf it up by running to hard.

I'd wait a few hours until the food is diegested but i don't think there's anything wrong with excercising after breakfast that way you can burn off your fat and the food. My husband and I go walking around our property after dinner.

yogo is good, gentle excerise is best after eating as your digesting the food, you may feel sick, like eating then goin on a park ride let your food settle. make sure you get a yogo book know what your doing ,
