Its got to do with poor blood circulation. Try doing a few exercises such as moving your arms about and light stretching exercises. Hope this helps.

Cold hands can be a result of being real thin, poor circulation, or thyroid problems. To test for thyroid problems get a morning blood test. The doctor can access for circulation problems at your visit. It's best to rule out medical causes first.

Where gloves whenever outside in the cold.

hold somebody's hand to warm them up(it'll warm up more than just your hand though)

Generally when it's cold outside, all the heat will go to your center to protect the major organs. It's a evolution thing.

When it is severe it can even be very painful, you could have Raynaud's syndrome, ask your doctor. It has something to do with the vessels between your hands and the wrist and other parts of your body. You rarely hear of this I did not hear of it until I was diagnosed with it myself.

wash your hands always with warm water and not with cold water. that way your blood vessels will be extended and your blood will flow closer to your skin

Probably poor circulation.

Talk to a doctor.

It's a circulation thing. Stretch your shoulders, arms and hands more.

Have blood work to determine your thyroid levels, low levels cause this. Also, poor circulation have your doctor check and get advice from her/him.

Try to clap your hands as often as you can, and rub them together. It helps blood circulation faster. Rubbing your hands together will produce heat.

I hope this helps... ;)
