It isn't to young, but diet pills arn't good for you! None of them are proven affective and many have bad side affects. Some you can't have any caffene w/ too. Also, the tummy pooch might not be fat, but just the loosening of the abdominal muscles from the baby stretching them out so much. They may or may not be improvable, but diet pills can't tighten muscle. Excersize can though. Your tummy may not ever look like it did before no matter what, unless you get a tummy tuck or something, which would work even better than diet pills or excersize. Three months isn't a very long time to give yourself after a baby either, try giving yourself more time, be easy on yourself!

Don't do it. I took diet pills after my daughter was born. Today I have an underactive thyroid and I struggle even more with losing weight. Diet pills can mess with your metabolism. Try getting a notebook and write down everything you eat or drink. Add up the calories and try to stay between 1500 to 1800 and you will probably lose weight. Add in some exercise and weight los will happen even faster.

You are still recovering from pregnancy....give yourself a break!! Having a baby streches the muscles in your stomach and no diet pill is going to flatten that. You need to put together a good excersize program and realize that you need time! Focus on your new baby and don't worry about being a size 2...

Diet pills are stupid. I don't mean to be rude but I'm being honest. I was like you and I though that my extra weight would just fall off by taking a pill. It doesn't. I have tried them all and none of them have worked. Not to mention the physical damages it causes to your body. No matter what age, it doesn't matter.

I am not being judgmental, but if you breastfed or continued to breastfeed then the weight would have come off easier than taking any pill. If you are breast feeding, then why are you looking into taking a diet pill?
