Well i've never heard that before.
I don't think it really matters you can tell by the malicious behavoiur of others around you if their laughing at you.
Whereas, if there laughing with you ... you feel the joyful atmosphere! x

Never heard that one. I don't see what the difference is. If you are face to face with someone, you know whether or not they are laughing at you or with you.
