This should be addressed with a doctor that deals with allergic reactions to tattooing. You give antibiotics for infections, not allergic reactions.

Most commonly they will do something to sto the immediate sensitivity, maybe steroid. I have heard that dry-tattoing has helped release some of the pigment and the problem resolved itself. All this must be done under medical supervision and advice.
