I've been dieting and watching my caloric intake carefully. I was wondering if Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Cranberrty Extract and Cinnamon Extract have caloric value that I should consider?

I don't take vitamins on a daily basis. I am eating great, fruits and veggies and get lots of what I need. I wasn't considering NOT taking vitamins, but just adding the calories into my calorie journal that I keep on line. No worries there.

I take vitamins once in a while when I am looking to better the look of my skin and keep my female functions working properly. Or when i don't feel too good.

Thanks.

Strictly speaking, vitamins have no caloric value. But vitamins are mixed in with a substrate that may have some caloric value. It would be quite small, and you can safely ignore it in your log book. The extracts you take may have caloric information on their labels.
If you eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, you should have little need for suppplemental vitamins.

None that you couldn't work off by breathing for a few minutes. Very very small amounts of calories.... I wouldn't worry about it. You figure, even if you had a piece of chocolate the size of a vitamin, the caloric value wouldn't be significant. Good luck on your diet.

No there aren't. Calories generally come from either Fat, Carbohydrates, and Protiens (Also alcohol, but that's not in your standard diet). Unless you take some kind of vitamin like perhaps Flinstones chewables which may add sugar, you have no concerns with calories. Even with added sugar, it would likely be an insignificant amount that you'd probably end up being off in rounding errors when counting calories.

You shouldn't be so worried about your intake of calories that you might consider removing an essential vitamin from your diet...
