The best way to absorb it, is via the mouth. Ingestion is quicker and the holy goodness will get into your system faster. It is best if the anointing oil happens to be olive in nature, you can then use it as a great salad dressing, or to roast vegetables in.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "absorb".
If you wish to annoint, bless the pure olive oil in the name of Jesus Christ, and then just put a bit of it where you wish - the doorway to your home would be a good start; but also, you can annoint yourself, or family members, friends, etc. For anyone who thinks this practice was done away with in the Bible, it was not.
Christ is the "annointed one".

The pinkest skin absorbs best... hrm... but oil doesn't absorb... it remains on the epiderm.
