I love salmon sashimi best of all. I also love the skydiver roll. it is a dead fried soft shell crab roll covered with eel, avocado, and the sweet sauce. Even the super expensive sea urchin which is definitely worth buying. God I am so hungry now.

Eel is the absolute best. Sashimi, roll, you name it. Rainbow rolls are really good too, but I'm not a fan of the crabmeat, so I usually request spicy tuna inside.

Not sure HOW MUCH you like it, but I do like it quite a lot! LOL My favorite is eel dragon roll - bascially a california roll wrapped in eel and avocado. Ok now I need sushi for dinner.....
