Ohhh yes, I do too! Makes me feel cleaner and wakes me up after a load of carbs!
I run an adult daytreatment program and dental hygeine (hygeine peroid) is paramount and I try to practice what I preach!
It is amazing how many people do not make the connection between dental/oral care and overall health and well being! :)

It should be a habit that everyone gets into! At our dental office, we all do together, (including the doctor) our break room has an attached restroom we all use. It's kind of funny, taking turns spitting and passing the floss and toothpaste around. It's not normal for some people, but I guess with us it just comes natural. One of my kids think I'm eccentric when he see me with a piece of floss dangling out of my mouth, the other one doesn't because he's in dental also. Maybe after seeing the mouths and teeth we see and work with everyday, it makes a difference. Don't you agree?

Since I am a stay at home mom, I brush my teeth several times a day. However, even before I had kids, I would keep a tooth brush at work to brush my teeth after eating. When I was in college, I made sure I had 10 minutes after eating to get back to my dorm room to brush my teeth before my next class. After eating Big Al's spaghetti and garlic bread... you needed mouthwash, too!

i do. I'm a freak about clean teeth and clean breath. if i could shower at work, too, i would. i do not like smelly people. i am very sensitive to smell. most of the time it's terrible.
