It is interesting and tricky psychology that the bible employs... being in a field where mind control is exploitive I see these things very easily... I feel such pity for those who are under its spell.

Have you read the WHOLE Bible? The 'god' of the Old Testament is far different from Jesus Christ's Father, as told by Matthew, Luke, Mark and John, who seem to have either walked with Jesus or knew people who did.
Why lump all of these books into one God, like Christian fundamentalists do? Surely you can see, IF YOU READ IT, that they are talking about vastly different entities. Satan certainly wouldn't have spoken about Christ's Father the way the apostles of Christ did. Leviticus?...now that's a different story!

You make a good point given that we don't have an original manuscript. Without that, how can we really know the author's, and there are many of them, "intent?" The book of Leviticus alone would make any compassionate human being wonder who was really behind the creation of the bible. And the nightmare of Revelations? 'Nuf said!

i believe that the bible is very confusing, with terrible contradictions. Though it doesn't make the book of Satan, it makes it the book written by men inspired by the prophet Jesus actions, but re-written by men and inspired by Satan.
Maybe there are somethings true in it... but we don't know...

I suppose if you believe in divine inspiration, I guess there is as much chance of it being delivered by God or Satan. Makes you think!

People of high minds have accepted the Bible as the Book of God for already more than 2000 years. Be aware lest satan traps you by inspiring the thought that it is his book!

Well now, that's one I haven't heard in awhile and yes, it is food for thought.
No doubt you will hear from some that this is wrong and blasphemous but what they won't realize is that your supposition has at least merit enough to investigate. Indoctrination tends to do that to people.

Possibly but you have to consider the texts where Satan seems to be dissing himself.

I had nothing to do with the transcription of the Bible. *wink*
Lucifer can do nothing without the permission of God. Yahweh is omnipotent. Lucifer is his servant.
Whomever shall fall with me, shall suffer with me and be forever damned.
