what programs do i need to install before running limewire- or to use the files...??? i dont need it for songs or movies- but accounting/financial programs...

You need to try bitlord, to download your needed softwares that limewire can't.
But if you want to use limewire, just download the Java Runtime Environment for limewire, so that you can use limewire properly.

Limewire Uses Java Runtime. I would download the latest from Java.com. Then Download the latest Limewire from Limewire.com
After that everything should run fine & Install without any Problems.

My Dear Friend,
First of all, Limewire is Hard Spyware. It will demolish your entire computer system and throw all your personal information on share...I request you NOT TO USE LIMEWIRE AT ALL.
Better to use Bit-torrent software or more better buy a affordable CD/DVD.
Take care of your computer more...It will take care of you in coming days.
