It depends what the "tension" is caused by.

If you are rushing around...
plan the night before
collect belongings the night before
get up earlier if possible
have each person responsible for their own "stuff"
make lunches the night before

Have car keys, purse etc in one place.

Make lists for errands.

Make only one trip.

Limit shopping to once a month or twice a month.

Say NO more often to demands on your time.

Use car pools.

Limit kid's activities.

Plan / schedule breaks throughout the day.

Deep breathe to relieve stress.

Think about what things you can cut out.

Exercise regularly.

Limit alcohol.

Hai friend according to me we can overcome the tension of our daily routine by the following ways
1.By doing medditation
2.By doing yoga
3.By keeping our selves cool

Do some yoga my friend. It will revitalise your mind and senses. Secondoly become more organised and timely in your activities.
Lastly just tell yourself that tension will get you nothing but more tension.. So stop thinking negative and do what you have to do..

U start loving your work.If u r a student, develop liking for studies and have like minded friends.If u are bored,change ur routine.For some reason if u have to carry out what u donot like, then take up meditation,listen to your favourite music during the break.

every couple hrs, stop what you are doing and take a long breath, close your eyes and visulize you are on a sunny beach paradise for about 15 minutes...that will relax you. or walk around or even lay down.
