I suspect that my bf is cheating one me, but I have no "evidence".
I was thinkin that I would call him up and tell him that I'm going to lunch with a guy "friend" to see what his reactions would be (I'm really not). I figure if he's cool with it, that means he's got something to hide. Because why would you let your gf go out with another guy? Unles syou want to go out yourself.
I'm just afraid that it may start a fight and I don't have the strength to fight with him, he seems to always get the last word.
People say ask, but that's too hard. He's not going to be honest. Or is this playing games?

Don't play games and all that.
If you tell him that you are going to luch with some, it won't give you the answers that you are looking for.
I know you don't want to talk to him about it, but that's exactly what you need to do.
If you don't get sufficient answers then dump him.
Life is too short to put up with his crap.

Pretending to do something is just as bad. Then when he finds out he won't trust you later. I know it is hard, but sometimes you need to just talk to him. Depending on how long you have been together will depend on how well you can read him and his reactions. And you may try tellinghim that if he doesn't want to be with you than he needs to be honest, you would want him happy even if it is not with you. At least tell him that then he'll feel like he can be honest with you. And it may not be the answer you want. But it very well could be as well.

If he always gets the last word in it sounds like the relationship is unhealthy and isn't 50/50 anyway. If you have all these thoughts about him cheating, it will effect the relationship later down the road. My best advice is to let him go and find someone who is more honest and trusting.
Trying to make him jealous by making up a fake lunch dates isn't the way to go. If you ask him, he will just deny it.

Of course it is playing games.
You are going out with a guy just to get a reaction from your boyfriend. You should be able to go out with a guy friend anyhow.
You'd be better off telling him what you are thinking because in the end...all games will get you is more games...and more games...and more games. Trust me, that isn't a fun position.

well i dont think that plan will work anyways. people who cheat tend to have a jealousy problem so he will be jealous if he cheats and that will not go with your theory. and he could also just be jealous and that will not tell you anything either. dont play games, dont hire a private detective, just talk to the dude. if you can't figure it out from there then maybe just go with your gut instinct.

No way. Don't cause even more probs in your relationship i.e. Jealousy on his part. Just look for the evidence discreetly. Check his phone for messages, perfume on the shirts, etc. Good luck.

jsut be honest.. if you think he's cheating just ask.. if he says no and it seems sincere then leave it alone
