garnier or tresemme?

I am looking for a shampoo and conditiner to prevent split ends, which is better that you`ve used garnier long and strong or tresemme anti-breakage?

I haven't used either of those particular kind, but I like Tressemme over Garnier any day. I have Tressemme's deep cleansing shampoo and it does what it says. And then I have Garniers curl & shine conditioner and it does not hold up to it's promises, in fact it does the opposite. But it may be different for you...

Neither one of the ones you mentioned is to pevent split ends. They are both designed to prevent breakage to over processed hair. The best cure for split ends is to have your hair trimmed every 4-6 weeks. Just 1/2" or less.

i am using tresemme for few months and really like it very much i use to change my shampoo after every few months this time i use tresme after using dove as you know dove is really good shampoo but i wanted to change as i like to change shampoos at the beggining i was a little confuse but now i can give you a hundred percent assurity on using tresseme it is great. I am also mentioning here a site they have tresseme products on sale you can chek it.

I have many pals in the beauty care business and they would all say tresseme oh lala. This stuff is great priced and works well. Mnay older ladies depend on this brand when their hair begins to thin and break off--so, you know it's gotta be tough. :)

herbal essences!!! seriousli i have tried looooaaaads of shampoos including both of those and MANY, MANY more - herbal essences is the best one there is!!!
