My pomeranian Keke looks so scared all the time. And I don't know why, my mom thinks that there are demons in the house again, and she just doesn't act right anymore. Keke used to always run around the house happily and I can't even turn out the lights at night without her having a scared look. And when I go to school she always make me open up the bible and say a prayer before leaving. She refuses to leave my room when I'm not home, I even had to buy her a litterbox! And when I come home I find her under the covers alot. She follows me everywhere cause she knows I won't let nothing happen to her, but now she's to me like glue. Any one know how to get her to not be so scared?

You are going to hate this answer, but it is honest, brutally honest.
Your mother thinks there are demons in the house AGAIN!
The dog MAKES you read the bible before you can leave!
I think that YOU have a problem here. What you describing in the dog's behavior is called "separation anxiety." It is fairly common, especially with dogs.
The part about you and your mother's religious ideas scares me more than any other part of this. Someone has already suggested that perhaps your mother is trying to "drive out the demons" when you are gone and it scares the dog.
In any event, I would recommend counseling for you and a dog behavioral specialist for the dog. Many SPCA or other humane groups have advisers on staff that can offer free advice.
I'm not being flippant, your household's behavior is too off the wall to ignore. You need professional help.

I have two small dogs. I've had a big dog when I was younger. I would say a big dog is more vicious over a little one. If a big dog bits you are going to know it. Most little dogs will bark and nip at people only because we don't take them seriously when they want to be left alone. Small dogs don't really care for young children because they pull there tail and mess with them. They think because they are small the dogs not going to do anything. Just think if you where a small dog how are you going to get your point across?

I have a cocker spaniel who is afraid of weird things like the heavy coat hangers, some shoes, the vacuum and its a lot more. Maybe you have added something to your house that she is afraid of and you haven't noticed it yet. It could even be that someone has hurt her in the house and she is afraid to go around that person alone, because my dog didn't want to go out of my room when my roommates dad was there because he'd kicked her before so she didn't want to walk pass him without me. My guess is that its an item... so pay close attention to what she runs away from.

poor little poppet! (how does she make you read the bible by the way?).
little dogs do tend to be more nervous but you said she wasn't before.
any bad experiences?
maybe you could try systematic desensitisation, where you introduce strange/new situations gradually, so that she grows confidence in them and eventually doesn't fear them anymore.
first, she needs to feel safe in her usual environment though before introducing anything new.
have a space that's just hers, with a familiar sounds. somewhere small, like your room or the laundry. shut her in there when you're not home, and maybe tape your voice or normal household sounds that could be playing whilst you're away at school.

I say, if your mom thinks there's demons in the house, maybe she's abusing the dog while your gone and the dog now doesn't feel secure when you're gone, hmm makes sense huh?
