I have a yorkie poodle mix and she has floppy yorkie ears I was looking at yokie care sites just for tips and stuff, and i keep seeing sites on how to make thier ears stand up... i dont care what her ears look like as long as she is healthy and happy, but now im worried does it benefit her health to have her ears stand up?

Well, the reason why this won't matter and you have to stop looking at yorkie sites is that-----it's not a pure bred yorkie. her ears will never stand up as they should and will never meet the breed standard since she's not a pure bred.

Given that she is a mix, there are no health concerns.
Even my little yorkie has inconsistant ears. Sometimes they are up and most of the time they are sideways... As long as they are clean, I'm happy.

Since she's a mix, you probably won't get her ears to stand...I love it when their ears flop, they look so cute...don't worry about it, love her! She'll be fine! Ears standing up is all for looks!

Nope, nothing will happen to you mixed pup... Just make sure you shave thefur thats on the tip of her ears...

OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! She sounds just adooraible! There is no health benifit to croping ears or tails. It is for looks only. Your baby sounds so cute.
