i do cardio for 40 min and i do weights for 15 min, but it seems i only lost half inch on each part of my body. Im 119 pounds and 5'3 inches. I really want to lost more inches but its not working.

that hardly seems right, you should have lost a lot more, are you doing it at home or at a gym? are you watching your diet as well?? you are definitely doing some thing wrong. not sure what it is. good luck to you.

Don't worry about your body shape so much and set fitness goals instead, such as increasing weight or reps or speed for Cardio. Keep your diet sensible.

You probably need to take a better look at your diet. Diet, and exercise are great but neither is a fix by itself.

Agreed -- check your diet. Write down what you eat and evaluate it every day. Try a nutritionist. They're not as expensive as you might think.

It could be your diet, maybe your gaining more muscle ... it could be a couple things
