Ok.. im 17 , 5"3 in a half and weigh 114 i think, any were between 109 and 116. everyone says im skinny but i think im fat will not fat but chuby, i dont have that supermodel body, how can i get fit fast??? my abs n arms are the parts that make me feel fat, how can i fix that??

Ride a bicycle! It's fun and works all your muscles with very low impact.
Walk up flights of stairs, after 2 weeks put ankle weights on and then add a backpack. Low impact , with barbells in hands it is a double workout. You get upper body, CV and legs.
Take walks. You see doggies and birds and nice people.
Have FUN!

Im a 14 year old girl, too. I have been doing a workout called Intensity. I was 173 pounds last December, and ive been doing Intensity EVERYDAY since Dec. 1st. I am now 117 pounds and have a 4 pack abs. It doesnt cost much to buy the Intensity dvd`s. It completly worth the money, and if u dont like Intensity after 1 month of giving it all u have to give, then they will give u a refund. I promise. But, if the workouts r too harsh, wait till the weathers nice, run around the block once with out stopping, then when u get back home, do 10 lunges then get down and do 5 push ups, do 10 more lunges and repeat 3 times. Then do lunges back to ur house. I hope i helped!

Firstly, you sound perfect to me! You don't sound overweight at all. Instead of losing weight, why not try some weight bearing exercises on the areas you feel are a problem, not only will this tone them up but it will also help strengthen the joints. Hope this helps. Sdaly there is no super fast way of doing this, just keep it up and you'll soon see the results.

lift weights. cardio gives you that flabby skinny look - if you look at the gym and look at all the women on the treadmill you'll find that "look" fairly common. But if you look at the free weights area the women are usually tight and have very accentuated curves. Figure models light weights. And for your information lifting weights won't make you look like a transvestite unless you're going to take steriods. Goodluck.

ur fine.... stop worrying about ur size.... i think ur a bit to skinny .. but just enjoy ur teenage years cause they fly by.
