Yeshua, another spelling of Jesus.

The "J" used to be pronounced as a "Y", and there are other minor pronounciation differences as well. A well-known name that shows such difference in pronunciation might be the musician Yanni, which is simply Greek for John.

As names move around through various cultures, the pronunciation changes due to the sounds available in those cultures.

While most Christians use Jesus, there are other spellings and pronunciations out there.

For those who realize that God's name is most likely Yahweh and that Jesus' name comes from God's name also understand that Yeshua is a more likely translation than Jesus.
