my best friend is 1.73 m. tall and she is 62 kg
she wants to lose weight but i think that she is ok..
what's ur view on that?

If you want to look this up, use the Body Mass Index (BMI) - this compares height to weight and says if it is healthy, underweight or overweight. Search on Google and you will find a calculator.

This is the standard method used by doctors etc

Your friend has BMI of 20.7, BMIs of between 18.5-24.9 are considered normal, while below this would be underweight, so she is already fairly near the bottom of the scale.

I think you're right, she sounds an ok weight for her height to me.
