I am close with my brother's wife and the rest of her family but I have trouble when I try to describe our familial relationship to other people. Is there a term for the parents and siblings of your sister-in-law? What about the siblings' spouses?

Just call them In-laws of the family when introducing them ...any further description of your relationship can be done later when talking privately to your friends.
