If you do, it'll probably be mostly water weight. It's about 3500 dietary calories per pound.
So 10pounds times 3500 is 35,000 Cal.
If you burn 2000/day for 6 days you're still looking at 23,000 left to burn.
So even if you starve yourself for the next six day's you'd still have to burn the rest in exercise but you'd be so exhausted it wouldn't be healthy and you'd probably give in before that occurred.
Now you could realistically lose water weight along with 3 pounds or so but it'd hardly be noticeable than what you are now to make a difference.
Whoever your valentine is probably doesn't care too much about the ten extra pounds anyway and definitely wouldn't notice a 3 pound slimmer you.

ok nicely theres no genuine way ur 5'6 and ninety 8 lbs expecially if thats u interior the photograph. yet besides drink extremely some water like as much as u can in an afternoon. eat a larger yet healthful breakfast and a small dinner or little foodstuff for the duration of the day to get a swifter matabolism and u will do away with extra cals. No chance. You can safely lose around 2 pounds a week by exercising regularly and watching your caloric intake. If you lose weight any faster than that, you're just losing water - which will result in a yoyo effect - and could be potentially dangerous (risk of dehydration).
