I had a baby 6 months ago and when I was pregnant my hair was nice and thick. It began falling out about 2 months ago in the front. I see now that I have "wings". It seems to be growing back a little. Does anyone know of any vitamins that are good for my hair to grow and get thicker. I know it won't grow over night but I would like for it to start at least. Thanks.

Sorry to hear that. That happened to me when I started taking birth control.
Biotin is a very good vitamin for hair, nails, and skin. You could just purchase it separately, or take a women's multi-vitamin with about 800mg of it, and it will work wonders.
The multi-vitamin itself is good to maintain healthy hair as well.
One (or two) a day, keeps the beautician away!!! (not really, I love getting my hair done by a professional)!

Hope this helped, and wish ya the best!

I would start taking Biotin if I were you. The same thing happened to me, except I didn't have a baby, my hair just starting falling out. I started taking 5000 micrograms of Biotin a day (it's only one pill) and my hair is awesome! You can buy it at Wal-Mart or K-Mart, or any place like that, it's only $7 for a bottle of 120. Not bad for 3 month supply, it's so worth it!

Ensure that you eat nutritious food, with plenty of leafy vegetables. Have a soya milk drink and multivitamin tablets if you do not have time to have a healthy breakfast. More remedies at http://hairthinning.org/ will prevent further problems.
