Reference a book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It deals with muscles, pain and referred pain.
Bananas and molasses both muscle relaxers that contain magnesium and potassium that the body needs and rarely gets enough of 1 or 2 swigs of the molasses or one or two bananas a day are helpful.
