I have been taking Naproxen (500mg) for a week. I was prescribed these for a stomach problem. I have also had migraines for the past few months. The naproxen seems to be helping with my stomache but not my migraine. In fact it seems to be making my head pain worse.
I was wondering if it was safe to take paracetomol for my headaches alongside the Naproxen?
I will also talk to my doctor about this.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, sorry maybe i didn't make that clear enough. I will talk to my doctor before making any changes to my tablets. I was just looking for some personal experience and/or opinions.
Thankyou.

To get full information on how to get rid of the muscle problems causing or contributing to the headaches read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. Headaches are usually exacerbated by not drinking enough water.
For the stomach while I don't know the cause garlic has curative qualities so anything in the onion or garlic heavy foods (or even garlic like a pill) can help.

Ask first your doctor.. If youll just asking us 'round here... well, i doubt if we can help you out... it's just that, maybe theres nothing wrong in asking opinions but to be sure... and to play safe... it's better if you'll just consult your doctor...
Good Day..!
