Push ups are always good for the breast they tightened the muscle behind the breasts. And chest flies and the bench press is also good. Not heavy weight to bulk up but use light weights and more reps. Same with shoulders when using weights use light weights. For a leaner look.

ok look you should not change who you are god made you who he wants you to be and if nobody likes you for that then they are not truly all for you plus some doctors are kinky and youll probally get sick or get a disease.
