Well the best encouragement I can give is to exercise more than 3 times a week .Make sure to do cardio exercises for 40+ minutes in order to achieve a good fat burn. Diet properly, and you could surpass a size 12 in no time. 3 months of proper diet and exercise you could be well past your target, and once you get some results your motivation will increase too, so you can keep going from there.

Size 14, is not that big, however you could be a size 8 and if you still were not happy with your weight, then you would feel exactly the same way.
Im a size 12 but i constantly yo-yo diet. My weight increases and decrease very quickly so i never remain my ideal size 10 for very long, but when i am i feel much better.
Try discussing with your doctor the possiblity of trying a different anti-depressant drug. Alternatively try Ephedrine. Ephedrine is a stimulant drug and you can bguy it on the net. Be careful though it needs ot be used with caution. It works by increasing the heart rate and so is best used during excercise. Your excercise doe not have to be a full blown routine if you dont want it to be, just dont take the tablets and sit around, they will cause headaches and muscle fatigue. Take one 20mins before you go for a half an hour walk, it will give you a massive boost. I do not use it any longer because of the side effects it had on me, but my boyfriend uses it everytime he goes to the gym. He is doing cardio and body building programme and finds it really gets him going. My friend uses it to diet and she has dropped from a size 18 and a 14 in 6 months. She joined slimming world and made a lot of friends with the same goals, who she often socialises with. she says that because they all diet, they all order the same healthy food and it really helps her. She does not go to the gym, she is too subconscious, but she bought a 2nd hand excersie bike, takes a tablet and does half an hour a night watching telly. she still eats the food she likes, but not all the time, she is strict with herself and pampers herself in other ways, raher than food.
There is no one ideal way to loose weight because everyone is different. But I think this could really work for you.
You will find that being in the company of others who are also unhappy with their size will make you feel less alone, you may also find that if you can really help someone else it will increae your motivation massively.
Dont do anything you dont want to, you will take the enjoyment right out of loosing weight. dont go swimming if you dont like being in a swimming costume, you will get no satisfaction out of it. Go horse riding (such good excerise with minimal effort), hiking with friends, excerise alone in the house.
I guess what im saying is find your comfort zone. Try to be strict with yourself for a few weeks and when you start to see results you will feel less inclined to indulge.
If you want to excerise 3 times a week, do so, but find your best excercise. Always have a luke warm shower after excercise. hot showers start your muscles up again and thats how you get muscle pains.

Size 14 may be the right size for your body. If you keep extreme dieting you'll throw off your body's metabolism into a thing where it won't lose weight because it thinks it will be starving all the time. Extreme dieting makes you gain weight in the long term. It's good to just keep exercising though.

It will come off, Just keep walking. And don't step on the scale, measure your weight loss in inches not pounds. A lot of people who exercise to loose weight get discourage when they step on the scales and see that they haven't lost any pounds, or even gained a few. But muscle weighs more than fat, and that exercise is going to build muscle. So just keep at it, and go buy a measuring tape and hide the scales. If you keep at it, 3X a week, you will see the inches coming off soon! Good luck!

if you are a size 14 you arent that big at all i wish i were a size 14 im a big girl...if you exercise your 3 times a week and watch what you eat you should start losing weight...as for how long it will take i dont know everyones metabolism is different and it takes them different amounts of time to lose it...but just keep at it im sure it will come off eventually

Just keep up the exercise. The weight will come off soon. U might also try eating healthier if u dont already do that. It will help u lose weight too. Also just lots of water and no soft drinks.

Keep of the twinkines and doughnuts fatty. Also, take the stairs whenever you can and walk whenever possible.
